At Noble River Estate you’ll find six beautifully built, cosy country chalets. Each chalet sleeps four, five or eight guests in comfort, with all bed linens and bathroom towels provided. You’ll find a well equipped kitchen with cooktop, microwave and fridge and a separate bathroom, as well as a cosy lounge/dining area with log fire adding to their rustic charm. Each chalet has its own balcony with BBQ facilities, perfect for enjoying the picturesque views and delightful local wildlife. All chalets are fully air conditioned.
Ideal for holidaying families, couples and small groups, we invite you to immerse yourself in nature with local bushwalking trails, mountain bike tracks and the Murray River nearby.
We are pleased to offer our beautiful country style Lodge to adult holiday makers for a minimum 2-night stay*. Sleeping up to 8 adults in four upstairs, queen suites with views from every room, you can be sure of a little extra luxury on your next forest getaway.

Parents are reminded we have two large dams and are surrounded by native bushland, so care must be taken with smaller children.
Our pets are like our family, however due the abundance of local wildlife on the property we do not allow pets on the Estate.

Enjoy peaceful lake views from your verandah over the Estate and beyond into the majestic jarrah forest. Blue Wren is located next to our main Lodge and lawn and features two double bedrooms upstairs with linens, kitchen with cooktop, microwave and fridge, dining and cosy living room. Bathroom amenities are located on the ground floor.

Red Robin
Overlooking the majestic jarrah forest and located next to Blue Wren, Red Robin features one queen-size bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds on the upper level of the chalet. You’ll enjoy all the creature comforts of the cosy open plan living area with log fire, dining room and kitchen.
There is a seperate bathroom on the ground floor and a verandah to enjoy a quiet afternoon watching sunset.

Chuditch
With the peaceful jarrah forest surrounding you, Chuditch is a slightly larger chalet sleeping five guests. Located adjacent to the Lodge and overlooking our two dams and the entire Estate, it features one queen-size bedroom and another with three single beds upstairs. You’ll enjoy local wildlife on your doorstep as you sit on your verandah to enjoy an evening BBQ. Bathroom amenities are located on the ground floor.
Chuditch is has a cosy log fire and reverse cycle air conditioning.

Kangaroo
Positioned between Chuditch and Possum, Kangaroo welcomes the friendly, local wildlife to it’s surrounds. With one queen-size bedroom and another with three single beds located upstairs, you’ll enjoy views over the entire Estate and into the peaceful jarrah forest.
With a cosy open plan living, dining with log fire, and kitchen with cooktop, microwave and fridge, you can enjoy a BBQ on your verandah while listening to the robins and wrens chatting away in the morning sun. Bathroom amenities are located on the ground floor.

On the edge of the jarrah forest, Possum features one queen-size bedroom upstairs and another with three single beds. The open plan kitchen, dining and living with log fire is equipped with a cooktop, microwave and fridge and bathroom facilities are located on the ground floor of the chalet.
Enjoy the serenity and fresh air as you sit on your verandah overlooking the nearby dam, while your children play on the tyre swing.

Kookaburra
The largest of our chalets, Kookaburra stands proudly at the entrance of the Estate overlooking the dam yet is slightly secluded within the limbs of the forest. You’ll find a cosy living room with log fire, kitchen and dining with cooktop, microwave and fridge, large bathroom and two queen-size bedrooms on the lower level of the chalet. There is also ramped wheel chair access from the rear of the chalet to the ground floor amenities.
The upstairs loft accommodates three single beds and has a smaller room with another single bed. Relax on your verandah and enjoy a BBQ while taking in the beauty of all nature has to offer.

The Lodge
Newly open to holidaymakers, our beautiful country Lodge is perfect for small groups of up to 8 adults. If you’re looking for a little more luxury and comfort on your forest getaway, this is it.
Our beautiful adults only home sits proudly in the centre of the Estate and overlooks the main lawn and dam. It boasts four queen suites upstairs, each with ensuite, and has a quiet sitting room with balcony and views into the expansive jarrah forest surrounds. Downstairs on the main floor, you will find a large open plan living room with cosy log fire and long table dining room. The country style kitchen is fully equipped with two electric ovens, dishwasher, two fridges, all crockery, cutlery and glassware. The home is fully air conditioned and has ramped access to external deck areas.
The large, undercover outdoor deck is the perfect place for relaxing, birdwatching or enjoying a drink or a meal with friends. There is also a rear open air alfresco with firepit and BBQ facilities. For those who prefer not to cook, we can recommend some talented local caterers who can prepare group meals and cater all dietary requirements.
